Did you ever wish you could have a bigger social impact? Now is the time... On 2nd December, I am running 10km in the Angkor Wat International Half Marathon to support Friends-International's work in Cambodia! 

Please help me raise money for this wonderful, award-winning non-profit organisation, where I have worked for 12 years! Your donation will be helping children and youth in Cambodia. How? 

- You would help vulnerable young children to receive an education - just $25 per child per year buys all the school kits, uniforms, bags etc necessary for a child to be integrated into public school 

- You would help marginalised youth to access vocational training and secure stable employment. Just $50 will support all the necessary costs of a young person to start a stable job

- You would help a mother or father become independent and self-sustainable citizens that can take care of their own children. Just $250 will help a family to start their own small business. 

Any donation small or large will be helping to supply necessary medical materials, hospital access, basic hygiene materials, books, food and nutrition, temporary shelter,  a 24/7 hotline to protect children from abuse and the list goes on. 

You will also help me to get my butt in gear and start training pronto...
