Personally I have been through quite a traumatic 18 months which has profoundly changed me and my life. I am so thankful for running for keeping me sane. I never thought I would achieve the running distances I am completing right now and in my 50th year completing VLM is a huge emotional and physical challenge. LGF do awesome work to eradicate prejudice and lets face it theres nothing more important than that. Help me to raise money whilst I complete the biggest challenge of my life.
