 I'm so excited to embark on another adventure with this wonderful charity. I have previously climbed Mt Toubkal, Kilimanjaro and trekked through the dessert of Jordan to raise money for Rifcom. Each adventure has proudly raised much needed funds for education and health projects in the Rif of Morocco. 

This time we will be trekking for 5 days through the world ́s most bio-intense jungle region filled with wildlife, tropical birds and exotic flora. (Also mosquitos, spiders and snakes!) The rainforest trekking will take us from from sea level to the ancient volcanic summit of Cerro Frio (3,492 m). Temperatures will range from 30degrees at the bottom to 5 at the top. We will sacrifice all luxury for tents & open air jungle toilets. 

Each adventure brings new challenges and teaches me something new about myself, and do I find these adventures tough but mutually beneficial. I can't wait to see what waits for me in the jungle 😬
