Story

I am a new FITSTEPS Instructor raising the profile of a dance craze inspired and created by Strictly Come Dancing stars Natalie Lowe, Ian Waite and Mark Foster. I will be teaching in Brighton from April but I will be doing my first launch night in aid of Sport Relief.

So if you want to get fit fast, lose those unwanted pounds and have more fun than you can believe doing it, come and dance the Cha Cha, Jive, Waltz and Quickstep with me... no partners required just comfy clothes, trainers and bring some water.

Suitable for all ages 16 years and above.

Strictly FITSTEPS Charity Launch Night will be a free class.  I'd love to see at least 20 people there to hit my £100 target donation to Sport Relief.

You can donate through this page or on the night.

  • Date - Wednesday March 26th 2014
  • Time - 6.15 - 7.15pm
  • Venue - Patcham Memorial Hall, 3 Old London Road, Patcham, Brighton, BN1 8XR
