I lost my mum to breast cancer nearly 17 years ago and I had a mishap with the clippers on my hair this morning resulting in me having to literally shave it all off to make it look reasonable. What I felt when I was doing this was mixed emotions; my heart was beating fast and I could feel the blood drain from my face. I could never really understand what it felt like to lose your hair but if it was anything like I felt this morning; all cancer survivors have my utmost respect. My mum looked beautiful when she lost all her hair and I hope my mistake this morning will prompt you to donate a couple of pounds to a deserving charity.  Thank you!
