At UHSM we have been looking after patients with pelvic floor dysfunction for over 30 years.  This group is often overlooked and have often suffered in silence for many years. Pelvic floor dysfunction is a devasting condition which adversely affects quality of life.  Women are often affected and this can come on years after having apparent normal childbirth.
