Me and Karina are taking on this challenge in memory of my wonderful pap who suffered with Dementia. It will be ten years this year since we lost him and I still think of him every day. I have never taken on a challenge like this before, so can assure you blood, sweat and possibly tears will be seen throughout the training (especially with Karina shouting me on). I am embracing this challenge and hope to raise money to support other people and families that are suffering and effected by this cruel disease.
