I thought i would complete the Great Eastern Run (1/2 marathon) for a different charity this year since Lisa works for RNIB! Last year was Anthony Nolan Trust.

UPDATE: its now monday 12th Oct; i completed the race but didnt beat my time!!! I'm devastated that a call of nature had me stop at 9miles and found it difficult to get going again......saying that; having half walked, half jogged the last 4 miles i still managed to cross the line in 2hrs 12mins so its not so bad.....next year!!!!
