Thank you all for your generousity in the past.  We know times are hard and are grateful for any support that you can give, it all helps and makes a difference to so many lives. 

1 in 3 of us get cancer!! You would never think it is so high - so I'm sure we are all affected by it in some way, at some point in our lives through someone you know and love! It always happens to the good ones too - why is that??

Macmillan really make a difference for when that happens.  My dad has said how wonderful the Macmillan nurses are and how much of a difference they made for him and I know that will continue.

Me and my lovely sister are running the Birmingham half marathon on 23 October.  Of course we are running for my brilliant dad who ran it himself last year (see picture)!  If anyone else would like to run with us, please let us know.  The more the better!
