Owen, as we all remember him, was an amazing friend. Kind, generous, always helping others, never expected anything in return. Bringing joy to everyone, wherewer he was, making this world a little bit better, day by day.

It was Owen who made me participate in this challenge. Party, as drunk as we were, endless night of conversations and laughter. I walked into kitchen and he just passed me his phone 'Kaz! Sign up for half marathon!'. Seemed like a great idea! I was filling up form to run for LoveBrum Charity just seconds later.

LoveBrum Charity, that he was ambassador for, doing so much to help others. 

We were supposed to run together, laughing our way through 13.1 miles of race. Now, Im going to run it on my own, but knowing Owen he will be watching me from above, cheering and motivating me along the way, as he always did.

And Im going to run it and I'm going to do my best, not only for myself, not only for LoveBrum but also for Owen. It was his idea after all!
