Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Yes, I decided to take up another challenge and swim one mile in a freezing cold Windermere Lake. (British Gas Great North Swim)

This torture (swimming isn't my best discipline) will contribute towards orthopaedic research. I want to support this beautiful speciality and help it develop best treatments to allow us stay mobile and active for as long as we want. 

I know there will be time in my life I will not be able to do it anymore but since I can (I hope) please support the good cause :)
