Story

It is now a year since the first lockdown for the Coronavirus pandemic. The one thing we have all been able to do during this time is to exercise at home and outdoors. GRIT; is a small but ambitious charity based in North Herts that offers a unique boxing-coaching programme to teenagers who are struggling with anxiety and mental health issues. Our programme is free to teenagers and we have kept going through the pandemic despite all our fundraising being put on hold. We URGENTLY need to get our fundraising back on track: Can you help? WE NEED YOU TO COMMIT TO WALKING, RUNNING, CYCLING OR SWIMMING 500 miles for GRIT. Then use any tracking app to record your progress. This is your challenge complete it any way you want. Walk alone for 500 miles; a family of five walking for 2 miles completes 10 miles for GRIT. You have until the 4th of June to complete this!
