We are riding somewhere between 25 and 5 miles (depending on age and rage!) in memory of our Uncle Frank who died running the Connemarathon in 2006. The Frank Haines Memorial trust was set up to support charities for kids in East London, where he lived,  and has raised well over £300,000!!
