I am going to take part in the Women for Women Cycle Vietnam and Cambodia in November this year. I am going to cycle approximately 440km (275 miles) over 5 days in the company of up to 100 other women including 3 close friends. All of us are fast approaching a significant birthday and agreed that rather than having birthday gifts we would like to take part in an event where money raised through sponsorship can go to an extremely good cause. 

So,money raised as a result of sponsorship goes to support Professor Robert Winston and his research team at the Hammersmith Hospital in their work to improve the health of women and babies. Research into the causes of premature birth, brain damage, miscarriage, genetic diseases and ovarian cancer.

A sponsorship target of £3100 has been set - all of which will go to the charity.The sponsorship deadline is early September so if you are going to sponsor me please don't leave it until November!
