Hi everyone,

So Kayleigh and I have decided to give sober October a try this year and all money raised will be donated to Headway Glasgow. This charity offers support and advice to people and their families who have suffered from brain injuries. As some of you may know this is something my family and I have experienced 1st hand when we found out my brother had experienced a brain injury. Headway works with people to help them rebuild their lives after a brain injury and put themselves back out there as the affects of a brain injury last a lifetime 

Any donations big or small would be greatly appreciated.
