I’m walking the London Bridges with my Dad on Sunday 29th Sept for the hearts and souls charity.

This charity supported Dad in his cardiac rehabilitation in 1997 when he had a heart attack. It is a great charity which needs to raise over £25,000 each year to fund the exercise classes, equipment and specialist trainers that are needed to help 1000 each year in the Bucks area.
