My good pal Emily and I have decided to do something special this year and take the icy plunge into Lake Windermere for the Great North Swim in September and are very excited about this! We will be training regularly in a bid to keep up with the pro swimmers and wanted to set ourselves a challenge.

Our chosen charity is Cancer Research UK and we hope to raise as much as possible for them. We so much appreciate your support and any donation you can make would be wonderful.
