I'm really VERY scared of deep water (too many Jaws movies) and have retrained myself to swim after neck op.  

Jude is going to swim slow beside me (that's got to be frustrating - but I'm a bit faster in my new shorty wetsuit) and I'm hoping to swim (breast stroke as can't work anything else out) and float at times along this beautiful lake.   I'm doing the shortest distance to see how I get along and hopeful I will be able to do a longer distance in the future.

This is a big deal for me as it could have been a different story so if you want to please donate to our local Samaritans branch who are a pretty awesome bunch.
