Women's Aid Wales is a part of a national charity that aims to end domestic abuse and all forms of violence against women. 

I hope you will show your support and help me to raise money for this worthy and vital charity. More than ever, this life saving service needs public support and donations, so it can continue to reach out and support women and children who are affected by domestic abuse.

My aim is to walk 100 Miles in 30 days and raise £250 for Women's Aid Wales. Wish me luck! :-)
