I ran The Cardiff Half Marathon today in 2hrs and23mins. The sun shone, Cardiff was beautiful and everyone was friendly. I've never seen so many pairs of running shoes in one place before!

I'm really pleased to have achieved this and very grateful to everyone who has made a donation - I've done it all for Tros Gynnal and their fantastic work with children who really need a helping hand in life.
