As an incentive to get fitter, help mum move on from her fall in March, and to support a fantastic and well deserved charity, we will be taking part in the Adidas Women's 5k Challenge. So, on Sunday 5th September, we will be pulling on our trainers and heading to Hyde Park in a bid to power walk/jog through the distance, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could please sponsor us and help raise money to save lives, both human and animal.
