Protect women and girls from Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). FGM violates human rights under international and national law. There is no time to waste on platitudes as thousands of girls living in England and Wales are having their life blighted by this damaging practice. The pain inflicted by FGM does not stop with the initial procedure but often continues as ongoing torture throughout a woman's life. Women who have undergone the process experience various long term effects - physical, sexual and psychological. Please help me raise funds to support this worthy cause in creating awareness and fight for the abolition of FGM.
