As some of you know, I am entering the lovely Thames Estuary water on July the 19^th with my friend Phil Steed to do a 3km swim from Southend-on-Sea to in . This is all in aid of the charity organisation Haven’s Hospices in . They have both an adults and children’s hospice. I’ve visited Little Haven’s, the children’s Hospice, and the support and care they give to the children and their families is amazing.
