Hi Everyone!

I am running the Oxford Half Marathon to raise money  for OSARCC (Oxfordshire Sexual Assault and Rape Crisis Centre); the most supportive & empathic charity I have ever encountered. 

Unfortunately, victims of sexual abuse are often shamed into years of silence and debilitating self-blame. I believe we can help change this by encouraging women and girls to talk about their experiences and to educate our children of the importance of consent and mutual respect.
