I am going to be running the Adidas Silverstone half Marathon on March 14th. :s

I am trying to raise money and awareness for the Neurological specialist unit at the Royal London Hospital, treating people loosing muscle control and mobility.

This is a cause dear to my heart as they are currently treating one of my best friends. By raising money for this ward it will help with treatment for my friend and lots of other very poorly people on this unit, that so deserve it.

This sadly could happen to anyone of us at anytime.....
