Having lived in Marlow for 15 years I have finally managed to get the bottle to enter the Marlow 5. In spite of the fact that I run weekly I have always been daunted by the knowledge that this is a fast race and 2 miles longer than I would like it to be!!!!

Anyhow this year I was finally persuaded by the idea of joining the Great Marlow team to raise money for a covered lunch area; no more soggy sandwiches!  

The event is on the Sunday 8th of May and I need as much incentive as possible to run at a time I would normally be settleing down to a leisurely breakfast with the Sunday papers so please support me!!!
