Hello my name is Alexis and I am donating my hair for charity. I would like to do this because there are children in the world who have cancer and it's not nice for them. They are really poorly and sometimes lose their hair. I am lucky enough to have long hair that grows very quickly and would like to share my gift with other children and make a wig for these children from my hair.

When I was 5 I donated my hair and raised £1,200 for this charity. I have spent 2.5 years growing my hair so I can cut it again and this time I would like to raise more money!! I also hope that other people will cut their hair and donate it to the poorly children.
