We are going to run the Great North Run (well Ben will run. I will hobble/limp/crawl as far as I can.) We're running for The Calvert trust kielder and would really appreciate any support you can give. The Calvert trust do incredible work making outdoor activities available to people with disabilities.

 Both Ben and myself get so much pleasure from sport and we would like to support a charity that opens the door for more people to enjoy being active  

We think the tag lines "it's what you can do that counts" and "the Calvert trust is a place where everything is possible" speaks volumes as to what a hugely valuable and inspiring service they provide
