On the 12th May I will be completing Tough Mudder to raise money for SARVSL - Support after Rape and Sexual Violence Leeds. Basically I will be throwing myself in a lot of mud and water, running through electric wires and scaling rotating walls to complete 20 obstacle courses over 10 miles. This is a charity very close to my heart and one that I have worked alongside for a while. Due to this I have seen first hand what damage can be done to young children and women who don't receive the correct support after experiencing abuse and what vital support this charity offers. It can't be put into words what SARVSL does and gives to women and young children across Leeds. The charity relies on donations to be able to continue it's work, so please donate, even the smallest amount can help.
