By helping local efforts, we support the education of children in Ghana with a focus on rural areas, through modest grants for school improvements. These are used for building, resources and teacher training projects. To the same end we also fund vocational training and schools with UK links.

We have chosen to raise money for education in Ghana following our visit there last year. Education has the tools and the power to change and empower societies. We hope that by supporting a charity such as this we can make a difference to the lives of young people in Ghana.

Following the Great North Swim we are also going to be climbing Scafell Pike, the highest peak in England. Wish us luck!
