.....yep; it's a strange choice of photograph for this page but December 12 is going to be a very different sort of big day for me as I will be taking a fair few more steps by running my first marathon...in Hawaii.  It will be the full marathon distance and I will be running in support of www.Build-Africa.org.  The charity works in rural areas of Uganda and Kenya to help people escape poverty through education and income generation.  So it's a great cause and one I will feel proud to run all that way for.
