I have decided its time to dust down my running shoes and hit the pavements! 

Please donate to my chosen charity Freddie's Friends - This charity is close to my heart. The charity was set up by my lifelong friends Rachel and Mark in memory of their beautiful boy Freddie. 

Freddie's Friends offers so much help and support to families who need specialist equipment, therapies, toys and short breaks for local children around Hull with disabilities and life limiting illnesses.
