Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Over the next 12 months I aim to raise £5000 for this excellent cause.

The first event, a 3-legged football tournament on 8th September 2012, was held at Paprika Watermead restaurant in Leicester. On the day we raised a massive £1,115.80 and I want to thank all the sponsors, participants and spectators from the bottom of my heart for making it all possible, especially Anand Bhatt, without whom it would not have been possible! There are still pledges coming in for this event and I've been completely overwhelmed by the amazing response.

For the second part of the fundraising I ran the Silverstone Half Marathon on 3rd March 2013, achieving around half my target for the year. The challenge was tough with a few injuries along the way but on the day I managed the 13.1 miles in 2:37:31 thanks to the support of my wonderful family cheering me on :) Please continue to give generously and watch this space for the next round!
