I am taking part in my first 10k run, the Gastons Roelants,  in Brussels on 20 December 2009. I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for the British Lung Foundation in memory of my lovely Grandad Thomas McKay, who passed away in May this year after much suffering related to COPD and Bronchitis.

This will be a real challenge for me, as I have only ever done one 5k run and that was five years ago! Training will be tough but I really hope you all support me by making a donation via this page.
