Story

Well, here I am again, about to do something else that's bonkers for charity. It's going to take a lot of will power but I WILL summit Kilimanjaro next month. I will be leaving the UK on August the 20th and travelling to Moshi. From there, we will begin our climb 5898.7 m to the top of Kilimanjaro. This will take 6-7 days and there is a very high risk of illness due to altitude sickness. The climb is strenuous and 1/3 of people who attempt it do not make the summit. The climb is something I have always wanted to attempt and my work for the foundation has pushed me to go for it this year. More details about the route (Machame) can be found through this website. https://www.africasafari.co.uk/kilimanjaro/tours/kilimanjaro-machame-route.htm

I hope you can spare a pound or two to help me raise the 500 total I am hoping for. This will undoubtedly be the hardest thing I have ever done. Your support and good wishes would be grately appreciated. Thank you!
