Late last year, my best friends Dad sadly passed away after suffering with heart problems all his life. The British heart foundation had done so much for him thoughtout his life, so myself and several others on the 14th September will be trekking up Mount Snowdon. We aim to raise as much as possible and to hopefully raise awareness of people born with congenital heart disease.
