My life changed dramatically on Wednesday 18th December 2019 when my best friend, my strong courageous Dad lost his battle with Cancer. 

My Dad was my hero and always supported me in believing in myself. I would 100% not be where I am today if it had not been for my Dad. 

Marie Curie were instrumental in my Dad having his wish to be at home surrounded by his family when he passed. This is why I have had the crazy idea of doing the half marathon again this year for them in memory of my wonderful Dad.
