Please donate to my fundraising effort for the scholarship team at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. 

During my master's in Medical Entomology, my summer project in the Bijagos archipelago, Guinea-Bissau was funded in part by the Bayer grant and the Helena Vbrova scholarship. This project investigated the state of insecticide resistance in mosquitoes capable of transmitting malaria. I spent 8 weeks rearing and studying mosquitoes, learning loads, getting to know local scientists, and making friends. The project was a rare experience and instrumental in my development as an entomologist and I would not have been able to carry out this project without the financial support provided by the scholarships.

Scholarships also enable people to come and study at the school when they otherwise might not be able to afford it. The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine aims to improve health worldwide, and this requires students from all backgrounds and all countries. Everyone at the school benefits from a range of students being able to study there, and I would be most grateful if you would make a small donation.
