Pedal For Scotland - The Wee Jaunt Edinburgh · 9 September 2018 ·

Over 100,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Multiple Sclerosis affects more than 11,000 of us in Scotland. MS is often painful and exhausting and can cause problems with how we walk, move, see, think and feel. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone.

MS can make it very difficult for people to maintain independent lives and access their communities. Unpredictable symptoms that can affect every aspect of their lives often make everyday activities like shopping, socialising, spending time with your family and even working difficult, sometimes impossible, for people with MS.

Since starting work at the MS Society in March I've been struck by the passion, commitment and focus by colleagues to work with members of the MS community to make a positive difference. The cycle ride is a small but hopefully enjoyable way I can help raise funds for the research to Stop MS.

Best wishes

Keith (and Struan)
