We are doing a 10K run in the Parallel London race to raise money for Whizz Kidz. They are an amazing charity who provide wheelchairs and bikes to children with a variety of disabilities.

I will be doing the run with Michael in his wheelchair, but he has assured me that he will be doing the final lap in his walker.

Alongside us will be my husband, Anthony, daughter, Lily (who is also in wheelchair), and my sister-in-law, Hazel (who will be using her wheelchair and crutches.

As a family we have been given lots of help for various things we wouldn't have been able to afford and it's now our turn to help others who are in need of help.

Please donate generously as we'd like to raise as much as possible for a really important charity.

I had intended to undertake the London Marathon for Whizz Kidz in 2014 but broke my ankle doing a 10K run in Ashford. This is my opportunity to start getting back to fundraising for my favourite charity.
