Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm going completely alcohol-free for the whole of July not only for my own benefit to help me overcome alcohol dependency but to raise awareness of alcohol dependency, alcoholism and binge drinking and to reduce stigmas etc. It's a bigger problem than we all realise I think.
