Story

It is with great sadness that we announce that Ken Humpherson passed away on 22nd October 2020 aged 69 years.

Ken died peacefully and comfortably at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham having suffered a brain haemorrhage on Sunday 18th October.

Elaine, Pete and Steve have been extremely touched and overwhelmed by the love and support of their family and friends at this difficult time and take great comfort in knowing that Ken and Dad was such a well-loved character.

While there will be family flowers only for the funeral, this page has been set up for donations to Headway Birmingham & Solihull - The Brain Injury Association. Headway is a charity that raises money and awareness for brain injuries including haemorrhages and strokes.

About the charity

Headway Birmingham & Solihull is a local charity supporting those with an acquired brain injury & their families too. We provide opportunities for social rehabilitation & interaction with others facing similar challenges to over 2,000 people annually and rely on local community funding to do this.
