I am joining around 2,000 other cyclists riding a 60-mile route from Surrey, through country lanes, and up and over Devils Dyke before finishing on the Hove seafront.

 

Capital to Coast 2011 aims to raise an estimated £300,000 for three charities: Norwood; the Cystic Fibrosis Trust; and the Down’s Syndrome Association.
