Thank you all for taking the time to join me for 1 or more of my at home free lockdown workkouts..... It's been amazing that I've been able to help keep you all motivated and moving at this very uncertain time. Keeping the body and mind active where possible is a massive plus to each and everyone of us . It's at times like these helping and supporting each other has huge benefits . I've had some lovely messages from people asking if they can donate to my chosen charity for my help at this time. 

Now things have started to change and were embracing the new normal were now outdoors doing bootcamps
