I have set up this page as many people have messaged me asking for the relevant details in regards to donating to Joining Jack in my Dads memory. We chose this charity as it was so close to my Dads heart. As many people are aware my Dads first grandchild Charlie was sadly diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy 4 years ago..

We are so grateful to all those who have made donations so far and any further donations would be much appreciated by my family and the charity.
