On 19th March I will be abseiling down Norwich castle for Cancer Research UK. Cancer is an awful disease and its about time we found a cure. Please donate anything you can to this cause. 

Back in 2010 my dad was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer - PMP - he had a major successful operation and then had a reoccurance not long after. An extremely vigorous round of chemotherapy managed to kick its butt. After spending a few days in hospital last week we found out yesterday that Dads cancer has returned. We will find out in a few days the treatment options he has.

Dad has managed to kick ass twice and I am confident he can do it again.

I choose to do this abseil in honour of my Dad, to show him how proud I am of him.
