OK so shock of shocks, I am giving up alcohol until 15 Sep 13 and running the Great North Run 1/2 marathon!!! I don't care if you believe I can't give up alcohol or can't complete a 1/2 marathon but for whatever reason, please dig deep and support a most amazing charity.
