We are running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for 'The Grand Appeal' The charity supports Bristol Children's Hospital.

This charity is very close to my heart as my daughter Sarina was treated there in 2005. Unfortunately Sarina did not survive. I am raising money in her memory to help others in the same situation.

Update: We ran the Marathon in 2hrs and 28 minutes, which we are really proud of.
