This September I will be running the Great North Run for Changing Lives in memory of the amazing Sylvia Mallaby. Tragically Sylvia was taken from us on 16th December 2017, for anyone that was lucky enough to have known her can agree she was the most caring, thoughtful and loving person ever. From a young age Sylvia treat me as one of her own and I looked up to her just like a Nanna. She dedicated many years of her life working for Changing Lives, working along side vulnerable people, such as the homeless, those with life threatening addictions, women and children fleeing domestic abuse and many more people facing extreme personal challenges. She had the biggest heart and would do anything to help anyone! 

Therefore I am running the Great North Run to do Sylvia proud and continue her legacy of Changing Lives! 

Money raised will help provide services such as supported accommodation, recovery services, food distribution, counselling and mental health support for people in need. So i would be so grateful for any donations to help those who really need it!
