Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Those of you who know me, know I've never been a fan of any form of cardiovascular exercise. However, I have been convinced to partake in a Triathlon - and training is well underway.

(750m swim, 20k Bike ride, 5K run)

I hadn't initially signed up to raise money for charity - it was more of a personal goal - however, it would be a shame to not raise a few quid for Cancer Research for my efforts. 

Please give as generously as you can.
